i got a stability ball to use as a chair... only $10 at canadian tire. i'd read that i needed a 55cm ball for my height, but it turns out, according to this website, that what i need is a 65cm ball for seating, 55cm is for exercise. so off i go tomorrow to get me a 65cm.
but i LOVE it so far! (tho it is a bit short for me). i'm moving constantly, and i'm sitting balanced ~ why i like sitting crosslegged ~ my spine up and down.... and i can bounce, too!!!!! so it's fun.
and a lot cheaper than a new desk chair!
just nobody put any tacks on my office floor or..... *KABOOM*! lol
